Senior FM expertise - without the corporate overhead
Over the years, I have worked across a wide range of facilities, operations, and project environments throughout the Middle East and internationally. One challenge became increasingly clear – many SMEs operate from facilities that are critical to their success, yet often lack the internal expertise, systems, and strategic planning needed to manage them effectively. Rising operating costs, supply chain instability, shifting compliance requirements, energy pressures, and growing uncertainty across the region have placed additional strain on businesses already focused on navigating competitive markets.
Too often, facilities management is treated reactively rather than strategically.
