Over the years, I have worked across a wide range of facilities, operations, and project environments throughout the Middle East and internationally. One challenge became increasingly clear – many SMEs operate from facilities that are critical to their success, yet often lack the internal expertise, systems, and strategic planning needed to manage them effectively.
